More days are spend at hospital than home this vacation. Now again at hosp, this time to visit a elderly relative admitted 15 days back !

its drizzling & its lightning now. Monsoon is back to its glorious best tonight. Can see those rain drenched vehicles whiz pass through the road via hosp window. Being sunday its a quiet day traffic wise but not weather wise.

Baby is still in ICU & not yet shifted to room. We are still in hospital for the 16th day today. Never know how many more days here in hosp. Awaiting for the 2nd Biopsy result as well to know veinless areas in babys intestine. Result is very important for her 3rd surgery in near future. May be in 3 months time.

Went to willingdon island via Marine Drive & had a glimpse of the new international container terminal gantry crane installation at Vallarpadam T/S terminal.Those navy blue cranes got a nice look overlooking the queen of arabian sea !

A cloudy, breezy, yet rain less morning here. And its racial harmony day today. Wonder when the world will celebrate it in real ? Aparthied is existing everywhere but in different forms & ways. Dont you agree ?

A windy & rainy monsoon morning. Strong breeze from arabian ocean caresses you all along while on the move. No air conditioner might be switched on in such a climate. Ideal climate to recharge yourselves.

Finally got a room in hospital today. As per hosp policy they wont allocate room unless the patient is transfered to room. Baby is still in ICU & travelling being tough after recent operation for wife, room approved on special request. What a policy ? That means if the patient is in ICU for one month you wont get a room.. Strange !!!

Monsoon rains in its best of form these days here in Cochin. Evening onwards its very cool & temp in early twentys.

To rectify babys Hirschsprung disease, colostomy surgery done & stoma created which later needs to be removed through 2nd surgery called pull through procedure. Till then she needs to carry on this way ! We dont know the pain baby goes through !

Back from home to hospital. Its raining heavily since yest. Now back to daily routine...waiting in front of ICU. Baby is still fully connected with all kinds of wires,tubes & digital reading equipments. She is still sleeping or is it the due to the dose of medicines ? Dont know !

its malayalam new month of KARKIDAKAM 1 today & Keralites welcome this month with rain, prayers, functions in temples.. Every where you can find temples lit up with lights & typical sounds of temples. Just came back home from our own temple as done some Pooja in babys name.

boarding the train in few minutes for journey back home for few hours. Will be back to hosp by morning. Now at Eranakulam North Station !

At blood bank to give replacement taken for babys operation. Just finished giving blood. Why dont more people donate blood ? It saves lifes !

Thank God ! Babys 2nd Operation is over at 1700 hrs & she is back in ICU. She may respond to liquid food in 3 days & for motion passage they put a hole in her abdomen which they will close only once baby gains weight probably in another 2-3 months. Till then need to be extra cautious.

its raining outside & burning inside. Baby just shifted to operation theatre at 1430 hrs. She is crying nonstop while waiting for anesthesia & i can hear it standing just outside..

babys biopsy result came today & its bad news as she need operation due HIRSCHSPRUNG DISEASE. If anyone knows more info or any possibility to avoid surgery pls let me know.

Hectic traffic in Cochin city limits. Travelling esp at peak hours is a total nightmare. When will this change & our infrastructure improve ? Highly unlikely in near future & whichever political party comes on power its of no use !

probably the worst football world cup final in memory marred with fouls & poor decisions. We needed a better finale & should not allow policemen to controll the final, this is what happens if it does. Congrats spain.. Bad luck holland.

Majority of the time spend in hospital esp in front of NEO NATOLOGY ICU Where baby is admitted. Patiently waiting as they may call if anything required inside. Still waiting since morning. They may call or may not.
